I'm having some problems with my computer.....Lately when i get online it takes a long time to load sites or i get page cant be displayed!!!! When i go to update something or download file to my desktop for setup you can see the files moving but the loading freezes....I have a hp computer can someone please help me understand whats wrong oh yea forgot to tell you that my busy light stays on alot...

Sounds like the blast virus... Post question in windows help/malware/virus removal.. They will help you out.

so this is not like hard drive failure???? i have had this problem since i tried to restore my computer i dont think it restore everything back to factory help please

Please download HijackThis.
Extract the file to a permanent folder.
Rename HijackThis to anything you want to.
Open HijackThis and click "Do a system scan and save a log file".
The log will be saved in the same folder as the HijackThis.exe file.

ok i download hijack this but im not sure how to use it or how to read it i saved the log now what do i do???? do i need to post it for help on what to do now
