ive got a modbo 760 chip for the slimline ps2 is there any way i can sisable it because i keep getting the dnas error402 when i wanna play online

can be one of two things, either you have burned a CD based game onto a DVD (or vise/versa) or your chip is detected by the online server, i'd be willing to bet on the latter of the two :)

Are you trying to go online with an original? Cuz you do know that it wont boot a back-up with the chip disabled right?

But to answer your question I believe you disable the modbo the same way the Mi is by holding start from standby.

Can you play online games if the Chip has an Auto shut-off feature, and that the backup has the needed DNA$ patch?
