there is a few 2.8 homebrew programs. I think there is tetris, pong, and something else.

i personally wouldnt upgrade as it will probally take longer for a downgrader to come out for higher firmwares,but its upto you.

+100 to that! If you can hold on for a bit longer, hopefully one of these nice busy PSP hacker chaps will come up with a downgrader for 2.80+. Keep an eye out on a few PSP hack sites (Google them) for any updates. I personally use THIS ONE.

Just wait dont upgrade 2.8 will have a downgrader way sooner then 3.1 and 3.2 so wait it out it will be out sometime soon..the 3.1/3.2 are for the ps3 connection and secerity updates if you dont have a ps3 dont even bother.

well i have 2.8 too but dont worry hold on tight, theres a bright light at the end of the tunnel~! im not upgrading either! i waited a long time to play snes and nes games on psp. now its here... theres no upgrading

Once downgrading is available, you'll be able to emulate 3.xx with DevHook anyway. And Dark Alex's custom firmwares are the dogs B****cks!!

Grab yourself a decent sized memory card, sit back for a few more weeks and wait for a downgrader. You'll definately not regret it.
