Couldn't get rid off virus... need help!

ok, last week, my computer got infected by a trojan virus. I cleaned my computer for about 3hours and even put it in safe mode while cleaning it using Spysweeper, Ad-Aware, Norton Antivirus. Now, after a week, I scaned my computer and found out that the virus is still there. Now here's the question. If I put the trojan in Quaratine, is it ok? Or could anyone tell which is the best option for this situation. Anyway, I really need help and here's a picture of it.

Please download HijackThis.
Extract the file to a permanent folder.
Rename HijackThis to anything you want to.
Open HijackThis and click "Do a system scan and save a log file".
The log will be saved in the same folder as the HijackThis.exe file.
Post that log here.

could you rename HjT to something other than HijackThis_v1.99.1
