Hi all,

I will be on vacation from Dec 15th until Jan 3rd. I need some suggestions of other good western and gangster movies especially ones with some awesome shoot 'em up scenes that I can add to my collection!!! Mainly looking for 5.1 and DTS formats as I have a 57" Pioneer Elite, Lexicon DC-2 surround processor, Rotel 5.1 amp w/125 channel, Mirage 400 watt dual 12" sub-woofer and Paradigm towers all around. Will be having some buddies and family over and of course I am gonna want to show them the advantage of a tight home theater system. Nothing like it!!! (smile)

Last night I just backed-up:

TOMBSTONE w/DTS (definitely better than the original stereo version)
UNFORGIVEN w/5.1 THX
OPEN RANGE w/DTS (especially when the gun battle kicks in)

Deadwood season 1 & 2 should keep you busy for a while. There is always the newly remastered Scarface and Goodfellas, Casino etc.

EDIT:

Yamaha RX-V890 (old but works like a champ), Klipsch Chorus II (I think, 12" woofer 10" passive radiator), Klipsch bookshelf in the rear, Infiniti 1000W powered sub 12" downfiring and dual 10" side firing radiators, JVC 200 disc changer.
