I'm using Memorex 16x disk...I read and create an iso with dvd decrypt...Then used gnie's expert on it...change the name to GODFATHER...then burned the iso: 1 with dvd decrypt at 1x speed..and 1 with Alcohol 120 at 4x...with dvd-rom booktype in the general catagory. Now I have 2 coasters!..Help Please! the game won't load

1. Memorex (aka Memosux) are not real good media for game back ups
2. 16X discs are also not the best choice, 8X work better
3. Burning at 4X should work with DVD Decrypter but you may even have to try 6X and 8X due to the discs being 16X
4. Unless your burner is able to booktype DVD+R to DVD-Rom then booktyping will not work. I personally like DVD-R better than DVD+R
5. you can go online and see if your burner has any updated firmware available, just do a search with your burner model like
"Sony DRU-700A firmware" or visit http://forum.rpc1.org/portal.php

is there a way i can tell on my computer what type of burner i got, i really don't know???
