First off, what are the major differences between the 2 and is the 145 worth the extra $$$?? Also, I see both have HDMI out as well as component and Composite out. I have only 1 HDMI port which is dedicated to my Cable box and am looking to get an Onkyo 790 Home theater system, but my question is, can I run this to my Home theater or TV with the component and still get the upconverting results or does it need to be through HDMI?? Thanks for any help in advance.
