Seems like everytime I get an ISO, they named with abreviations. Is there a limit on how many characters can be in the name? Can I rename the ISOs to the full game name and will devhook still play it? Can the name have spaces in it?

Yes, you can rename them. I'm pretty sure there's not a limit. Devhook also supports spaces.
