allright so i am wondering you always here about those offers where u would get a free ipod if u subscribe to gq or something like that, but i hear stories about people getting things and just canceling subscriptions is this true??
also i used to do alot on ebay buying and selling but i forgot to pay this guy and recently he started emailing me saying he is gonna sue now the price of this object was $324 can he sue me or only give me negative feed back??

no the ipod was just an example what i bought i have already sold on ebay what the transaction really was is to complecated to say on this site also i might get banned cause this sight frowns on counterfeit stuff. but i thought people could only send negative feed back on ebay

no i bought a video ipod when they first came out i recently tripped down my stairs while listening to it and ever since it won't work

If you have purchased the item then you WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT
thats the way a business operates. It's not his fault you fell down the steps...
I would sue you it were me.
PAY the man or return the goods
EDIT: To add: I didnt think anyone would be stupid enough to announce on a Forum what you have done.
Reverse the roles....he buys from you and doesnt pay!!!

A ha!!!!! discussing this on the phone with my friend who i run my operation with just reminded me of something very important what he sold me was counterfeit chinese psp memory cards for about $35 a pop (estimated) therefore that fool is screwed cause he can't sue me for something illegal he sold me!!!! there for i am going to email this guy a message saying" PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME" omg i am so relieved. oh and for those who car if u buy those counterfeits u can sell them for $85 a piece.

That's a flat ass scummy thing you're doing Lex. I'm disappointed to see you so eager and unremorseful about screwing a guy like that. Anyone who considers himself a man doesn't operate like that. You're satisfied conducting yourself like this?

I've dealt with Lex quite a bit and had hoped he'd mended his ways.
Lex is lucky he's just getting sued. If someone bilked me out of $324 the last I'd see of him/her would be through a Burris 3-10X Fullfield II.
