MotoRAZR and Windows 64 bit OS

Hi...

My problem is that the S/W CD for phone tools provided with my MotoRAZR V3i does not fails to recognize the phone. That is because the driver in the CD is USBMOT2000 which does not recognize the Windows XP 64 bit. Can anyone help me out here?
