help, i previewed a xvid-uti ok on avi preview but wmp "experiences a unknown error" also i cant move,rename,delete as its used by "another person or program"even if no application is running! help ive had this before and had to formatt to delete.

Have you installed the xvid codec? Get it from here:http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/codecs_and_filters/xvid.cfm
If still problems try playing it with Winamp or another player.

Actually would be an idea to also get GSpot and check what audio codec is used too!
