After I download a certain trainer file .rar, where do i extrat the files to. I cant find a Trainer File on my hard drive. Does anyone know where to put them??

you extract on your PC the FTP them to the Xbox.
There should be a trainers folder there, if there is not you have a bit of work to do beacuse you have to make one and edit the dashboard file to create a link to that folder so it shows on the main menu.
