Hello,
I want to backup a CD which is protected with SafeDisk2.8.
I used Alcohol 120% to create an image. This image is working well if I mount it as a logical drive.
Now I want to burn this image on a CD-R but I cannot.
I did the following :
- "Image burning Wizard"
- Select the image file and click next
- Select datatype "SafeDisk 2/3/4" (which is the option I used to create the image)
- Default writing method was RAWDAO
After burning I tried the cd but it was not working!

I did a second try by uncheking the option "Burn RMPS to recordable media" and I choose datatype "Customize".
This time my pc nerver burned the CD. The CPU worked hard during 2 hours but it nerver burned the CD.

Any idea about how can I burm this image?

Also, I have another question. The option "Burn RMPS to recordable media" says that we need an emulator if we check it. What does it mean? Where to find this kind of emulator in free version?

Ok, now its working. I turned ON the rmps emulation and now I can use the CD-ROM I burned.
I have a last question. I'm using Alcohol 120% in trial version and I would like to know of there is any free rmps emulator?

I think Daemon Tools can do that... :-)

Google for it :P

However, when you install Daemon Tools, don't install the toolbar that comes with it.. sometimes it is infected with malware, but the installer of Daemon Tools itself is fine! :-)
