everytime I boot up I get an alert box pops up with the following dialogue.

smartbridge alerts: MotiveSB.exe - Entry point not found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.

Does anyone know what this is and how to rectify it? Everything runs well and works as it should.

Check to see if you've uninstalled any of your Verizon DSL services. Most of that crap that comes with DSL CDs doesn't need to be installed to use your internet service.
