What is the difference between Fab 3.0.4.0 and Fab 3.0.4.5 beta ? Which one should I Use ?

i've been using 3.0.4.0 fine, but now i'm using just 3.0.4.5 Beta until the next proper version comes out, it's always wise to check for updates frequently

I usually wait a few days for the beta version to prove itself...although this update has some bug fixes for 3.0.4.0.
