Hey.
I know that posting a new thread for a question that has been answered over a million times is not appreciated, but I've searched for this and followed the guides without any success.

It's now 4:05 AM here in Sweden and I've been scratching my head for the past four hours with this issue. Well not just this, I tried another method at doom9 forums which obviously didn't work too well.

My friend tipped me off about afterdawn and it's guides so I found this one concerning how to get AVI to DVD. When I got to the stage where you have to edit the bitrate settings in TMPGEnc it all just went bad.

I could get the rate down to 2000 kbits/s, 4352,94 MB and 103,64% disk space. Then it just stops and I can't lower it anymore. I'm working with a 4.7 GB DVD-R disk and my movie settings are 720x480, 23,976fps, 48000 Hz Stereo, 250 min 48 sec. So is there any way to get the rate down to like 96-97% so it'll fit on my DVD-R disks?
