annoying iexplore.exe error

I don't know if this is the correct forum for this type of problem but I am having this bugging iexplore.exe error. When I close exploer i et this message, (and I dont have explorer 7)

iexplore.exe
Application Error
Note : The instruction at " 0x62304390 " referenced memory at " ox62304390 "
The memory could not be " read "
Click on OK to terminate the program

Can anyone help please?
