Is it even possible? I have two PC's at home and each of them have his own static IP. IP is matched with MAC address of network cards. To get online I have to use specific MAC address.

Question is:
Is it possible to change MAC address of NA in PS2 and in PStwo?

P.S
When I try to go online without changing MAC address I get 603 or 602 error witch is problem with Network settings =(

-602 NET_PROXY
Proxy server error. "DNAS Error (-602) A network error has occurred." Please double-check your network connection and/or network configuration.

I dont think thats possible. Why don't you just configure your network around this problem. I don't understand why the MAC address would be an issue?

My network admin give me 2 IP's for 2 PC connected to one modem. That's why he add IP to the specific MAC address, that's how I have 2 IP's on 1 cable modem. Other MAC address cards are getting limited connection error after connecting to modem. That's why I'm looking for a way to change NA MAC address to make it work on my Modem.

There is other way. I can just send my NA MAC address to administrator and ask him to add it to my IP. This is how it will work Online.

with static IP's assigned the best option is to get a router and clone the MAC ID of the network adapter to the router and let it run the IP then it'll assign each LAN port it's own internal IP.

also anytime you swap MAC addresses TO the modem (you swapped from the PC to the PS2) you need to reboot the modem so it can renew the IP.

I'm going to connect PC with PS2 and share Internet by XP with PS2. I'll just enter manual IP and Mask + DNS in Network settings. Then I'll make my PC a gateway and this is how I will have Internet from PC not Modem.

There you go! That should work. I know people use to do the same kind of thing with broad band only games when they only had a dial-up connection.

or you can just bridge the two connections by right clicking on one of the two and select 'Bridge' and then direct it to the other connection.

Yes, but then I need two network cards to do it. I have my modem connected to the switch. So I share my cable modem connection with my brother. Then I just plugged in my PStwo. I have to share it through the switch somehow.

if all you are using between the modem and the PC's is the switch then yes you'll need to get another IP from the ISP/Your network admmin.
