Just first off what is Tsop Writing? I'm just curious on what it is. I don't think that your system would have fried. I haven't really heard of Xbox systems frying. So ya just update us what Tsop Writing is, and I might be able to help.

a good tsop flash tutorial. On an old one you may have a "get out of jail free" option... there is more than one bios bank. Check the switching options, then read up on the dash swap tutorial (posted by me there some time ago)

By fitting a mod-chip, your xbox might work again because I have heard that after fitting a mod-chip, the xbox gets controlled by the mod-chip................

I can attest to that.
the first mod I ever installed I botched the crap out of. I burned the D0 right off the board... then pulled the trace right up. yeah I'm dumb.
I traced what I had pulled off the board (D0 wire) all the way to where it started, then got a better soldering iron and connected my chip to that and it has worked ever since.
yeah I know, I got lucky but you might too.
