Thats nothing special. It's just a web portal. No actual Windows OS is being run like with that other Windows 95 mod...

its just a portal of windows xp not really window xp though..i get it know..k thanks...i didnt think the psp could hold xp to big....found out he was just using a program called pspwxp..
