Do you guys remember when the XBOX360 was overheating? Do you remember when Nyko realsed a product called the Intercooler360 for it wich solved the problems. Well there have been talk of overheating (wich is mostly of the ps3 that are in stores in a kiosk) well nyko is going to solve that problemb with another intercooler towards the first of the year.

I don't really care about the whole overheating kiosk, because thats the only thing ppl are complaining about, not actual consumers having overheating problems unlike the 360 had with kiosk and consumers.

When I went to the Kiosk to check one out, the manager opened it up and war air was flowing out like crazy. The Ps3 has great ventalation!

Yeah that's exactly what I'm saying and think even with the intercooler for kiosk they will have overheating problem with the kiosk. I just think that just got to make better kiosk for high powered systems to have cool air in instead of recycling the hot air.

I looked at the Kiosks at Ebgames and there wen't even any vent holes! NOT ONE FING HOLE. And they are turnig cuostomers away because they are there in the store trying out the console and it freezes. That nakes SONY look bad

my ps3 runs way cooler than my 360. Those intercoolers were giving people problems with the power suply for the first gen.

I agree fellas, the stupid intercooler caused more lockups then anything i've ever experienced before.. I haven't had not one lockup(knock on wood) since getting rid of the intercooler, all that piece of junk did was steal power from the power supply brick...

I just bought a 360 about 3 weeks ago freezes and screen goes black. Microsoft said they would repair it. I hope they do it. They are sending a box for me to mail it. I'll be pissed if they dont.They said it was from over heating. I can cook a steak on my 360!!! How do you guys like your steak, medium or well done?

Medium, I like the pink! Yea, get an Intercooler for it! You better call Microsoft Daily if you want that box, I have been calling them everyday for the past 2.5 weeks for them to ship me my New Power Supply!

i think the intercooler is kinda useless. cause ur gonna have to use the power from the system for the intercooler so it can go on. but the point is to save the system from more power to overheat, not to spend more power from the system.

I got my PS3 today and I feel that it is better built because I can feel the flow of air threw it, unlike the 360! I feel that the intercooler for the PS3 won't be worth it but it is worth it on the 360, I also own a 360 and have never had a problem with it while the Intercooler was on, and before I got the intercooler the console would freeze all thetime! If my PS3 freezes the first thing I will do is buy and Intercooler for it and if it dosen't freez again then I am good and if still frezes then I will give up and call Sony!

I think the 360 I got was messed up upon puchase. Ive only had it about 3 weeks. Now it freezes in less than five minutes. I pretty sure that, its not the heat that could be causing it. I was sold a piece of crap. If my box to send it back to microsoft doesnt came within the next couple of days im gonna be pissed. Ill stay on them like you guys said. Thank god my old xbox is good shape. They just dont make them like the use to. Thanks for the support!!!
