Unlocking a 6230i on Orange (UK)

Hi there,

My employer recently changed from Vodafone to Orange as their corporate provider, and was gven a whole load of 6230i's as part of the deal. I am trying to unlock one to use with my private sim.

Insert a NON accepted sim card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

I have the same phone and am unable to unlock with the above code. I have downloaded the relavent software - but no joy. Any pointers....6230i locked to Orange.....
