Please Help me!

Well, I tryed 4 unlock codes provided by "Ultimate Calculator v1.0 by UniqueSW" and used:
Nokia DCT4
My IMEI: 356638004458896
Network code: O2 - Germany: 26207
and GID1: 33811

I have Only one last chance to enter the unlock code
(if i miss it then i have to use cable or pay and then my mother recives no gift for christmas)

Somebody please give me the correct code.

Remove sim first,power on the phone.
After the phone boots up, press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
"Code error", don't try again!!
"Phone restrictions off", it's unlocked!
Click Here If Code Gives No Response/No Message

I tryed the code you said... and it said: "not alowed"...

I'm not sure what that mens :\

What can I do?

This mobile also has kind of USB plug (I guess) but it's smaller than what ever plugs I have seen... In case I cant input any more codes, can you advise me how to handle unlock by program? what program, what plug)
