I have been burning DivX, AVI etc... with no problem with changing to dvd or as data files but recently I have downloaded several with srt files in 2 languages and I cannot change them to dvd or burn them as data I have tried Nero and sonic but they don't let me burn I keep getting the following
The following file/folder cannot be accessed from the specified path:
C:\Program
Files\Bitlord\Downloads\[????].xxxx.xx.xxxx.2003.XviD.AC3.2CD-WAF\[????].xxxx.xx.xxxx.2003.XviD.AC3.5.1CH.CD1-WAF.avi

xxxxx are just there instead of file name

I am new to this and would really appreciate some help
Thanx alot in advance

I have used this guide with good results in the past but for DVD, TMPGEnc Plus will have to be used: http://forum.videohelp.com/viewtopic.php?t=153058 Won't work for data.

Ok I tried that (I myself don't need the sub tiles) they (both movie and subtitles) do show and play fine on both Nero showtime and windows media player 11 (They did previously also). When I try to open the AVI file in these particular movies ones with seperate srt and AVI files TMPGEnc gives me the following
Can not be opened or unsupported

Any suggestions would be great

The only reasonx I can think of are that DirectShow multimedia File Reader hasn't had it's prioity raised (2) or a longshot, that TMPGEnc is being used instead of TMPGEnc Plus which supports DVD. Edit: VSO ConvertXtoDVD also supports subtitles but the trial will leave a watermark in the video.
