sorry if this has been asked before but i want the best iso program that
works with 1.5, that is the easiest to install and dose not need to update the firmware. the last program i use was devhook0.40 when that first came out and have not been keeping up to date with the latest news. so all the hacks and updates are pretty confusing.thx in advance

The best program is DevHook 0.51.01.

Also, alot has changed since DevHook 0.40, the new DevHook emulates firmware 3.02 on your firmware 1.5 PSP. This allows you to play the latest games as well as use all the features of firmware 3.02.
