open drive error???

I've got two games when i put in sammy 360 drive,then drive is not reading the disc error is coming open drive.Can somebody tell me why i m getting this msg.
My 360 drive is samsung.I dont know which firmware is installed on my drive.I m using verbatim for both games and pioneer dvd rw dl.
I used DVD Decrypter tutorial,i 've done every thing which is written in tutorial.Please Help !!!!1

Post back if that solved the problem. I ran into that problem last weekend with a brand new 360 and that took care of it. Someone else also posted this week that burning at 4x took care of their error, also.

Well i burned the same game at 4* speed in DVD Decrypter but the result was the same open tray error.Then i opened my 360 and did Jayques Rubber Band method now its working :-)
