SAMREAD Doesn't Show VIA6421 Sata Card -- Please Help!

I used Xtreme Boot Maker 3.6 with both boxes checked for my MS28 drive. I'm following the tutorial from Textbook, however, when I go in dos and type 'samread 1234567 12345' the only drive it shows is IDE Sec Master.

It shows up in Windows in Device Manager fine, but for some reason cannot be detected in DOS. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Thats a classic mate, your meant to type your serial number of the 360 in, 1234567 is just an example. hahaha

it doesnt really matter what u type, its just createing a directory for u, they tell u to juse ur serial # so that u dont flash another 360 with a different fw

While true, Ive only ever got a MS28 to flash when typing in the actual serial number of the box. No idea why, it just never works when I type in 1234567
