I've tried but on the sign in page, only the countries which PS3 has been released can be selected in the address section.

What should I do wait till march?
or enter a fake USA address?
or what?

Enter a fake U.S. address. Everyone else seems to be doing it.

I live in the uk as well,when i try to reigster on playstation netwrok on the ps3 i select united states then it asks me for registration and i selet i want to create a new one,i type my emil address and password which it says is going to be sotred on to the accounnt and then it says the password and email address do not match but i did check before that i slected the right options.Its giving me the wrong option in the next step.

and 10010 as the zip code...
