The "File" menu will not drop down either with the mouse or keyboard. The other menu items work properly. This player has been working fine for months but started acting up yesterday. First, it took 20 seconds to drop down and now sometimes drops after 2 to 3 minutes and at other times not at all. I have rebooted and reinstalled to no avail. Any suggestions?
