Drag N Drop Hardware error...HELP!

I can use Drag N Drop and record onto CD-r ok, but try to use same hardware to write onto dvd,,which has worked in past,,,will not work. Getting Hardware error Code:011-02-3038, followed by "OD 51 04 44 D6". I have updated firmware but no change.
