Is there a guide for burning a .360 file?

I haven't been able to figure this one out by using the search function... seems there isnt much discussion about it. I have a .360 file, the SS that is supposed to go with it, and I've played around in SS Merger but without success.

It might be a bad file. A lot of those older rips don't work at all.
