ZONE ALARM INTURSING XBOX LIVE PLEASE HELP

hey, i have a Zone Alarm suite, and everytime i want to go onto xbox live, i have to shut down Zone Alarm, i put my LAN into trusted section yet when i try and connect to xbox live it says it cannot resolve my IP. im sure Zone Alarm is blocking it, anyone help?

Are you connecting to your computer with your 360? Like using a network bridge or something? Need this info to provide a proper answer, or advice.

I would connect your 360 directly into your router, and you should have no issues.

well i use a INTERNET CONNECTION SHARING, using a ethernet cable (crossover) threw my LAN port, i then share my internet threw lan, i dont use wireless or routers.

what ive read u need too alow Zone Alarm your connection,so your ip is accepted
