CSO won't load in Devhook .46

Ill try to make it short. Got a new PSP and upgraded from 2.60 to 2.71.
installed devhook .46 and all is fine so far. I go to my devhook settings and I follow the following:
UMD=select my cso
firmware=2.71
cpu/clock=222/111
remote control=remote control

After selecting start PSP boots back but it doesnt load the cso. I can press home and see the cso but dont know how i can load it.

Please help!!!
ps. I am able to get everything working on a V1.50 but not this one.
