Removing games from hdadvance to PC?

Hey guys, I know its easy enough to get games from your PC or DVD transferred to hdadvance but I was wondering is there a way to do the reversal?

Thing is I installed some games onto the hdd but didnt keep a dvd copy and now that I want to patch some of the games to play online I need to copy it to dvd and play it in my other chipped ps2 but cant!

Any help??
