i bought a DBOX2 Sagem linux debug. it already cam in debug mode. i want to get a new image on it. i followed the instruction that where provided. i am trying to find out what model i have so i can put on the right image.
the instruction where as followed "(please make sure that your Box really is exactly this model or you will break it)

To check this fact please press the Arrow Up and the Standby Key behind the Frontflap of your DBox whilst the Power is Pluggen in.

You will get something similar to this:

Please make sure that the 10 is exactly like this. In case of 12 or 13 please follow this method."

when i hit the up and stand by my dbox2 just freeze up. i want to the them digit up so i can find out what box it is.

what am i doing wrong. if it is debug mode do i just put on any image. i have sportstar and commando_6; what is the best and latest
image.
