Xbox 360 Madden 06 Freeze's everytime!

Hi everyone, I have a problem with one game and one game only for my xbox 360, Madden 2006, my other two games TigerWoods 2006 and 2k Basketball work great.

Madden 06 freezes everytime I get to kick off or after the first play. Has anyone heard of just one game freezing like this but others play great? a little weird? I even went and bought a brand new copy thinking it was the disk. Same exact thing... so two new disks freeze up... I'm Gun shy about getting Madden 07 for it now.

I have done everything from taking off the Hard Drive and trying to play,also deleting all game data, nothing works. I even tried to clear the cache with the (xx left bumper right bumper xx in memory in the dashboard) but it kicked me to the previous screen without clearing it I think? not sure.

Can any one of you very smart people help me with this?
