well cause you all know that wehn you burn a PS2 game's you need to put the speed at 4X while burning

Well i was using Nero buring rom and i came 2 this

and there is know 4X speed so what do i click on for speed?

Simple. Your burner isn't supporting 4x speed for the particualr type of discs you're using. Try a burner firmware update from the drive's manufacturer website. If that doesn't correct the issue, then you might want to try a better brand of discs.
And rather than doing a disc copy, you would be better creating an iso image file of the disc 1st with DVDecrypter, then burning the iso to disc with Nero.
