Hello. I loaded 140 pics from my Canon A540 and now have a folder of 140 pictures that are named by number in the order they were taken. I want to rearrange the pictures, but whenever I close the folder where the pics are, all of my work is lost. I do not see any way for me to save my new arrangement or to even copy the new arrangement of pics to a new folder. Besides renaming all 140 to make them be in the order I want, is there a way to save my new arrangement of the 140 pics in this folder, so I can burn a CD? I have wasted hours on this an really need help. Thanks in advance. Tom
Every folder I have on my PC does this, It puts the files in ABC order or numbers in order,
Im sure there has to be a setting some where.

Thanks for the input, but for some reason these ideas do not work. The 140 pics were uploaded from a Canon that numbered them, and I would have to rename all 140, and my project is not that important. It uses software called Zoombrowser. I spend most of my time using HP Photosmart Essential that came with my all in one printer/scanner, which does not save the pics after I rearrange them. I guess my only option is to rename the pics.
