I have WinTv that connects through pci and when I connect my VCR through AV wire so and plug my ps2 into the VCR's scart slot so I got a connection on Ps2>VCR(scart)>WinTv(av wire)the thing is that once its all linked up I get a picture but the quality is low and im wondering if I buy a better grpahics card will my picture quality improve?
