Fix for DVD Workshop

I saw many months back, a fix for DVD Workshop to work in 16:9 mode. It adjusted some fix in the DVDWS.ini file which changed some line from 0 to 1 or the other way around. It then allowed an 'advanced' tab to be shown when setting the bitrate and other settings. My version of DVDWS does not have this set automatically...what is it exactly I need to change?
