I have a dbox2 running commando. Wont get any channels even FTA ones.

I suspect ive been sold one with a dodgey Tuner. When i test the signals via Stream info :-

Press the Red Key and the press the Blue key and you get a Menu with technical Information.

BER Bit Error Rate should be as low as possible (0)
SNR Signal Noise Ratio should be as high as possible
SIG Signal should be as high as possible

These are my results :-

A) With cable connection (family pack NTL, NTL enginner menu shows Strong Signal)

BER 7600
SNR 38740
SIG 62528

B) With no cable connected to DBOX

BER 7600
SNR 38740
SIG 62528

Both results the same!! can anyone with A working DBOX post your results and also if you dont have trouble finding ANY channels
Post results.

Maybe an interesting comparison, and at least 1 way of eliminating a tuner problem.
