i really need help If you have Action Replay please help me please ..those are the steps i did last night

1- i downloaded the code list to the pc 2- moved the code list from the pc to the usb

3- i put the disc of max drive to ps2 and opened my devices

4 - moved the code list from the USB to the memory

5- turned off the ps2 , and the turned it on again with the AR cheat disc .

6- i found the new code list and i choosed my game and it worked.

7- when i want to play another game i put the cheat disc and i cant find the new code list ..its saved in the memory but it doesnt load when i play it on for 2nd time ...what do i do wrong with that and what should i do?

please help me with that guys.
