SE-C DXAR Update Maker - Nearly an hour!

I'm runing se-c dxar update maker to make the se-c update.
It opened to 150.pbp and extracted that.
Then it opened the 271.pbp and says its extracting that, but its nearly been an hour and it still says that!
The 150.pbp took about 5-10 minutes.
The memory stick lights flashing, should I leave it, is it supposed to take this long?

bro there are already premade files u no so u dnt have to make it your slef and no it shouldn take that long...you can just turn of the psp cuz its not writing to flash...

Yeah thats definitely strange, it shouldn't take that long. Try re-downloading the 2.71 Update (maybe the one you downloaded was corrupted or something) and then doing it again.

Yeah its safe to turn it off. This is because the Update Maker is only making a DXAR file which is to be flashed later. It is not flashing anything at all.

if u read it, after the FAQ tehre is INSTALLATION. this is in yellow lettering. its on line 8-9 and its even been closed of to its own section.

btw I just redownloaded the 2.71 eboot, and i'm gonna try again, if the same thing happens, i'll go with touran22's method :D

man ur determined to do it yourself. the easier way out was to to take the pre made dumps and put them in teh game fodler and flash the FW LOL

so i take the .dxar file and put it in the 271seflasher folder?

the link i gave u? it has everything in the correct places u just copy the PSP folder to your MS and overite.
