Problem with dvdshrink and burn with dvd decrypter

I have never had a problem backing up with dvdfab 3.0.4.0 to dvdshrink and burning with DVD Decrypter. Now since updating to the 3.0.5.0 version of fab I get an error message after shrink when going to decrypter for burn... Would appreciate any advice I can get. Thank You

Sounds like a media and burning issue with DVD Decrypter. What exactly is the error?

Its an I/O error. Cannot write - medium incompatible format... Then it says Failed to Reserve Track. Never had a problem with any of these before... Thank you again

medium incompatible format usally mean one of two things. One is your burners firmware needs updating (the burners ability to recognize new media) here's a link to update your burner. Second could be the + or - issue. Does your bruner burn both formats and does you dvd player play both formats?

I also just bought a new sleeve of discs... I wonder if they could have a problem with them... My burner burns both and my player plays both. Can you repost the link to update the burner please

Sounds like a media issue to me. Other than that, try to update your firmware if it has any newer version.

What kind of media you're using? The only media I recommend are: Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim and Hitachi Maxell (Made In Japan).
