I bought a premodded PS2 with a NH-10 modchip, it isn't widely known.

It plays all my back-ups just fine but when I try to use Action Replay MAX I select the codes but when I try to switch the game ARMAX doesn't recognize any of my back-ups but if I insert an original game disc it works just fine.

The ARMAX is a back-up itself and I have a fliptop to switch games.

Is there any way I can get ARMAX working with my back-ups?

Also my modchip boots games differently, I have to put the game in the PS2 first then turn it on or it won't recognize the back-ups, is this the reason why my ARMAX doesn't work?

If so, is there any way I can change the way the modchip boots my backups?

I also get the same problem with Codebreaker 9.2 cracked.

I would opt to buy a Matrix Infinity GE or DMS4 Pro SE but if it isn't necessary then I would like to just use the one I have now.

Sorry if this is a bit hard to read. And if this is the wrong section could a mod move this to the correct section? Thanks.

it's highly likely your chip doesnt support multi disc games and doenst have reauthentication ability.

I guess it might be worth it to get a better modchip like Matrix Infinity GE.

yes a new chip would be my recommendation, the MI is a good choice as are the DMS4 Pro SE and the Crystal Chip

Yeah GE = green edition according to teammodders. And I heard DMS4 Pro SE is better if you have a hard drive which I do not and Crystal Chip is better for playing online which I don't plan on doing, so I will probably get Matrix Infinity. Thanks for your help. :)

both the DMS4 Pro SE and the CC 2 Pro have all the features that the MI has, and more. for the online play the CC only advantage is it will auto patch the image with the DNAS code, the other chips you have to patch the ISO prior to burning the disc but all play online without problems. the DMS also has a built in gameshark/action replay.
