You could try processing the first file produced by shrink thru shrink again. Basically, if you're using shrink and it states the file is too big (in the red), continue with the process saving the file to your hard drive, when the process is complete, open that file with shrink and process it a second time using shrink.
Hi, I am having trouble with MI3 too. I have tried using shrink, burning to hard disk, then burning from hard disk. When the burn process fails it does not mention anything about size though. I am not sure what the problem is. I have tried downloading dvdfab decrypter but can't figure out how to get it to work either. Are there any other suggestions please?

MI3 doesn't have any kind of special protection whatsoever. DVDFab Decrypter should be able to rip it smoothly.
Did you transcoded (shrunk) it correctly via DVD Shrink? Sounds like a burning issue to me. What burning engine did you used to burn? What media are you using? Post a failure of your burned log would be helpful.
