im cofused- does this new devhook .51 work on 3.02 as a thing to operate that vcs cheat device thing? if so culd i plz have instructions on how to instal and run it?

Nope.

Devhook is a firmware emulation software, it's for owners of Firmware 1.5 PSP's to use to play backup or newer firmware requiring games, without having to upgrade to play those games....

does that answer your questions??

are u talking Emulated 3.02 or actually installed 3.02?
