Newbie can't get devhook working! any help welcome!

I have installed Devhook v51 trying to emulate v3.02 Cso selected is locoroco.cso only have a couple just to get it working. when I select a cso and start devhook it shutsdown. got redirected to another forum and it suggested going to flash and pressing confi flash1 first time I did this the message said:

'flash:0 and Flash1: can install an only one firmware version.'
'if there is another version already, remove before install.'

Second time I did it i got a message telling me to 'remove flash1:/dh/dummy.dat' I have looked on the mem stick and there is no dummy.dat file to be found?

anyone know whats happening? I've been doing this for nearly 8hours straight!!!! HHHEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!!!

I did have Dev v46 but I uninstalled it? is there some file I need to delete??

The fastest thing you can do is refortmat your memory stick and get a new upload i suggest the hybird 2.71-3.1 no flash required so ther is no chance of bricking your psp

I say whhat he said. Just reformat your memstick but put all of your game saves and anything else important on your computer so you wont loose it. Then just start again.

No formatting your memory stick will not help!

It is talking about flash1. So in DevHook, go to FLASH INSTALL-->Uninstall DevHook files from flash1: (the second option). Then hold O.
