how to flash a ms25 drive

I just opened my xbox 360 and found out I have an ms25 dvd drive. I bought the 6421 raid sata card from newegg. Downloaded xtreme 42b and 42a firmwares. Used xtreme boot maker to create a bootable floppy with an edited mtkflash and pointed xtreme bootmaker to the 42b firmware. Now I have a dos bootable floppy created with the default files it creates. My version of xtreme bootmaker is v3.1.0. Can I use this firmware for my ms25? I have read that it might have conflict with my system since it's intended for a ms28 drive. Also I have this tutorial that I think I can follow, http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?sho...+way+flash+ms28

but it only mentions an ms28 drive. Is there anything different that I would have to follow for my particular drive ms25? I mean can i use the above tutorial or would I need another one to follow?
