My friend was installing the NME modchip on my 360, and everything went fine until we turned the 360 on after it was installed. At first, the Xbox 360 logo came up, but then it switched to a screen that said "system error" in several different languages and that I should call for troubleshooting. Anyone have anything similar, or any idea what this is all about?

Might have 2 solder points connected. Check your wire connections and try again.

Probably, unless you take out that sorry excuse for a modchip. Maybe then it will work again. Then flash your firmware. ALOT easier than installing a modchip and alot safer as well.
